The California studio was damaged in a 2016 fire and is now up for sale

Santa Clarita, California – How would you like to own a piece of the old wild west? For the first time in 50 years, Sable Ranch, a film and television studio lot is up for sale.

Represented by CBRE, is a 498 acre studio lot that has served as a filming location for multiple popular films and series: SWAT, American Horror Story, Sons of Anarchy and the upcoming film, “The Accountant 2.”

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting the listing price as $35 million.
