Atlanta native and former NBA star places home on the market

One of the largest homes for sale in the Atlanta market

Suwanee, Georgia – It was a home fit for Superman himself… 10 bedrooms, 21 bathrooms, and six full kitchens, and 14 acres of total privacy. Only residing in the home for a few short years, Dwight “Superman” Howard has decided to sell his Gwinnett County home.

Listed and managed by Engel & Volkers, Howard is selling the home for $11 million. Howard purchased the home in 2016 for $8.8 million, but the house was built in 2010 by the original owner and sat vacant until it was occupied by Howard.

Rodney Ho, entertainment news journalist for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, has reported, “This home is one of the most expensive currently available in the metro Atlanta market. Ho goes on to share, ‘There is a $46.8 million home in Sandy Springs for sale, a home surrounded by 162 acres in Powder Springs for an asking price of $35 million, and a Milton mansion going for $11.5 million.”
