Other virtual wallets are now accepted at Kroger
After a nearly ten-year battle of trying to push their own virtual wallet platform. Kroger has now allowed their customers the use of Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Google Pay.
According to Business.com, Apple Pay has 43.9 million users, Google Pay has 25 million users, and Samsung Pay has 16.3 million users. Kroger is the nation’s largest grocery retailer, but failed to properly implement its virtual wallet payment platform amongst its customers.
