97-year-old former Nazi charged with accessory to murder in juvenile court for her activities during World War II

Because Irmgard Furchner was under 21 at the time she was charged as a juvenile

Berlin, Germany – While Black Americans are still seeking justice for the criminal acts of racism committed against them as late as the 1940s are being downplayed and told to move on. The Berlin government is still continuing to seek and prosecute participants in the Jewish Holocaust that occurred at the same exact time.

Irmgard Furchner was on trial for her involvement within the Nazi government from 1943 to 1945. Currently at the age of 97, and was under the age of 21 during her employment with the Nazi government. Furchner worked as a secretary and was alleged to have “aided and abetted those in charge of the camp in the systematic killing of those imprisoned there between June 1943 and April 1945 in her function as a stenographer and typist in the camp commandant’s office.”

After the closing of the trial, Furchner shared that she felt sorry for what had happened and regrets ever being involved.

The United States Department Of State reports since 1945 and 2018, the German government has paid out $86.8 billion in reparations to survivors of the Jewish Holocaust.
