Can Elon Musk find a new CEO that can help keep Twitter alive?

Musk has been reported to be looking for his replacement

After polling Twitter whether or not he should step down. Reports are not circulating that Musk is now seeking a new CEO to replace him as the head of Twitter.

With over 17 million people responding to Musk and 57% responding that he should step down. Musk said he abide by the results and would do what is expected of him.

Twitter user, @WholeMarsBlog tweeted with Musk tagged, “Ive been telling @elonmusk to hire someone as Twitter CEO from the beginning. That way when things go wrong you can blame that person, but you still ultimate control as the owner. And yes, I am available to do the job.”

Musk responding back, “The question is not finding a CEO, the question is finding a CEO who can keep Twitter alive.” CNBC is reporting that Musk have been actively looking for a new CEO way before he posted the poll.

Musk purchased Twitter for $54.20 per share, a total amount of $44 billion. For the past couple of weeks Musk has been selling his own shares of Tesla to help with the financing of Twitter.
