Time Magazine announces Clark as athlete of the year
During one of the most accomplished rookie seasons in WNBA history, Caitlin Clark has been recognized as one of the best that has ever hit the WNBA court. That’s why it is no surprise that TIME magazine has featured Clark as their athlete of the year.
During the course of Clark’s rookie season she was included in the All WNBA First Team and was recognized as the Rookie Of the Year. Clark has also broke the rookie scoring record and has become the first rookie in the history of the WNBA to record a triple-double. By the end of the WNBA season, Clark had a total of two triple-doubles.
In a 2024 evaluation, Clark had an estimated $3.5 million in endorsement deals.
