JP Morgan Chase seeks legal action against customers who took advantage of ATM glitch

Bank accuses two people and two businesses for stealing more than $661,000 during the TikTok Infinite Money Glitch

In August, Chase had an ATM glitch that went viral, and hundreds of people who allegedly took advantage of the clitch by stealing money that did not belong to them.

Reuters has reported that Chase has filed separate lawsuits in Los Angeles, Houston, and Miami against two different people and two different businesses that have allegedly accumulated more than $661,000 altogether from the glitchy machines.

The glitch allowed customers to deposit checks of substantial amounts of money and immediately turn around and withdraw the money in cash.
