Powerball jackpot increases to $1.2 billion

Powerball is estimating Wednesday’s jackpot to be $1.2 billion and have a cash value of $596.7 million. This would be the second-largest jackpot in the 30-year history of this lottery. The largest Powerball Jackpot ever was in 2016 when it reached the amount of $1.586 billion and was split three ways with a winner in California, Florida, and Tennessee.
